Product specifications, prices and availability shown on this website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final specifications, pricing and lead times are confirmed in the formal quote we issue in response to your RFQ.
Manufacturer datasheets are the authoritative source for all technical specifications. Where our pages reference datasheet values, we cite the manufacturer's published version. Discrepancies between our website and the manufacturer's datasheet are resolved in favour of the manufacturer's published value.
Submitting a quote request through this website does not create a binding contract. Our typical order process is:
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit on order, 70% T/T against B/L copy. Other payment options:
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency exchange risk is borne by the buyer.
We ship under Incoterms 2020. Standard offer is FOB Shanghai, with CIF, DAP, DDP and EXW available on request. Title transfers per the agreed Incoterm; risk of loss transfers at the named place of delivery.
Marine cargo insurance is available on request (typically 0.3-0.6% of invoice value for sea freight). If insurance is not purchased, the buyer assumes full risk of loss in transit.
All products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty (not an Econo Solar warranty). Standard manufacturer warranties:
RMA processing: Econo Solar coordinates manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. The buyer is responsible for diagnostic testing (I-V curve trace for modules, error logs for inverters) and return shipping unless otherwise specified.
All website content (text, images, logos, layout) is the property of Shanghai Econo Technology Co., Ltd. or licensed from authorized partners (Sungrow, LONGi, Jinko, Trina, JA Solar). Manufacturer product photos and datasheets remain the intellectual property of the respective manufacturers and are used here under authorized distribution agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Econo Solar's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, project delay costs, or third-party claims — even if advised of the possibility.
This limitation does not apply to: (a) liability for personal injury or death; (b) liability for fraud or wilful misconduct; (c) statutory product liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control — including pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, port strikes, natural disasters or shipping carrier failures. Force-majeure events extend delivery deadlines by the duration of the event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes are submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shanghai sub-commission, for arbitration in accordance with CIETAC rules. Arbitration is conducted in English with one arbitrator. The arbitration award is final and binding.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the homepage for 30 days. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
